In addition to the DECT Radio Fix Part, the RFP 41 WLAN also
provides a WLAN Access Point. This makes it possible to set up a
powerful, company-wide DECT network with RFP 32 IP and 34 IP and to
provide WLAN hotspots where ever required at the same time, e.g. in
conference rooms.
-
Reasons to use the RFP 41 WLAN
instead of separate DECT-RFPs and WLAN access points are:
-
Only one RFP for two
technologies (DECT, WLAN)
-
Only one switch-port is
required
-
Only one outlet for power over
LAN needs to be installed
-
Integrated, centralized
management for DECT and WLAN via a user friendly Web interface
